Dance Recital

Last night I had my dance recital.   My friends and I got ready backstage.

We were "Cotton Candy" for our ballet number.

I smiled and did my best onstage!

I had dance pictures last week in this year's recital costume, "Cotton Candy."  I'm so lucky to have Ellie in my class, too.   Best friends forever!

Saturday

 I spent Saturday afternoon at my cousin's house for his birthday.   I LOVE all of the animals there, especially this kitty, who sadly makes my allergy eyes look like I've been in a boxing match!   But I still made sure to spend some quality time with him.  :)

I visited with the boys...

And provided peanut gallery commentary while my cousin opened his presents...

But my favorite part of the day was playing with my chicken friend, Clara.

Chicken Love

Poppy took some pics of me at my aunt's house the other day. Not only do I love my cousins....

but I love their chickens too! Just don't make me eat an egg. Ew.

We had dinner out at Gramma and Poppy's house.

Poppy hid eggs for all the kids.

It was such a beautiful day I flew kites with the boys down by the lake.

Annual Egg Hunt

The Easter bunny greeted me at the annual community egg hunt with a soft and cuddly hug!

This guy is soft and cuddly too!

"Run, run, as fast as you can. You can't catch me, I'm an Easter egg fan!!!"

And then I said goodbye to my friends with a mouthful of chocolate!

Beautiful Eggs

Yesterday we dyed eggs....

...colored eggs...

...painted eggs...

...and glittered eggs! They turned out BEAUTIFUL! (and doesn't this one look lovely next to my princess bandaid?)
