Gramma Jean's Cake Stand

Mommy's Gramma Jean was a special lady who loved to bake for her family. When Mommy bakes a cake she sometimes puts it on Gramma Jean's cake stand so it's a little extra special! This is a banana cake with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.

Here, Kitty Kitty...

I'm trying to purrrrfect my meow....

in my new favorite dress-up outfit!!!

Birthday party snuggles

Ellie and I had fun playing together at Baby Price's first birthday party.

This is the cake Mom made for him....looks like my little pink cake when I turned one!

Dance Class

I started ballet class again with Miss Shelley at Allegro.

Back to School

I'm so excited for a new school year! I actually knew what to do this year when Mom said, "Okay, hold your sign and smile!"

Fair Time!

It's Fair Time! And what a gorgeous, sunny day it was there today.

I started with the animals in the morning...

I was fascinated by the mama pig and all her babies...

Goat barn...

This bunny felt "so soft like a blankey..."

My friends came, and we rode the teacups...

and the carousel...

and the big slide...

And then I took a turn as the mommy and pushed Ellie around.

Who doesn't love a day at the fair?

Back at the animal barns, Ellie and I thought the goats tooting was hilarious.

Bye goats, see you next year!

Go Huskies!

Here's 3 generations of Husky spirit ready for football season. Poppy is a UW alum from the '60's. Daddy is an alum from the 90's.

Daddy says God forbid I decide to go to Wazoo some day!

Working at the Car Wash, Part Cinco

Ready to wash the car with Daddy. Always start with a soft mitt...

The secret to a good car wash is bubbles. Lots of bubbles!

Oops, Daddy, you missed a spot.

I have to keep my eye on that guy.

After the car is clean, take a little time to enjoy the benefit of the water hose-slash-personal sprinkler!

Whisker Rub

Here's how to get a really great whisker rub.
Step 1: Find a Poppy with some sandpapery whiskers on his face...

Step 2: Rub cheek to cheek.

Step 3: Revel in the excellent exfoliation and facial color!
