My BFF and I. Then and now.

When Ellie and I were babies, our moms dressed us alike and took pics of us on a blanket at the lake.  I was 7 months old and Ellie was 3 months old.

Here we are, 5 years later, and our moms are still dressing us alike and making us pose for pics on the blanket at the lake!    Although this time, we couldn't stop giggling.

Friends forever!

Daddy's Birthday

Daddy turned 45 a couple weeks ago.  I picked out this lovely cake with purple writing.  Purple is Daddy's favorite color.  He is a Husky, after all.

Montana Vacay Part Deux

After Fairmont Hot Springs, we drove up to the Flathead Valley.  I met Aunt Pat's new puppy, Annie.  Isn't she the cutest?

Swimming with Mommy and Aunt Pat in Flathead Lake.  

I spent a day at the waterslides with my cousins.

Daddy and I rode the go-carts.

I stayed home with Nana while Mommy and Daddy hiked to Avalanche Lake with Auntie Barbie and Lauren.

Uncle Eric played "Rock-Paper-Scissors" with me.

We had a little service for Papa where we laid his ashes to rest.   My cousins and I let go of blue balloons.

Montana Vacay Part 1

July was a fun month for me!  We went to Fairmont Hot Springs in Montana.

I spent lots o'quarters racing on this horse in the game room!  Yeehaw!

Cousin Lauren painted my fingernails.  

I had lots of piggyback rides.  Piggyback ride number 1 with Lauren...

I swam in the warm hot springs pools.

Uncle Eddie read to me from Genesis each night.

And I went mini golfing with Daddy and Lauren.   Soooo fun!

Tooth Fairy

I lost my first tooth!

While I was sleeping, Daddy heard the tooth fairy come into my room, so he snapped this picture!  Isn't she beautiful?!   She left $5 for my tooth.   Everyone thinks that's a pretty good deal.  :)

I'm a Yankee Doodle Sweetheart.

We spent the day at Gramma and Poppy's lake.  Daddy and I bought a bag of fireworks.  We started early with ours so we could watch the other big displays on the lake once it got dark.

I helped make gummy worm mud dessert for me and the boys.

And I snuggled on Gramma's lap on the deck at the end of the day.   Happy 4th of July!

Dance Recital

Last night I had my dance recital.   My friends and I got ready backstage.

We were "Cotton Candy" for our ballet number.

I smiled and did my best onstage!
