Fireworks, BandAids, and Fingerjello

I had a blast out at the lake for the 4th of July! Poppy took the slide off the dock and put it on shore just for me, and Gramma let me march around the deck with her picnic ants. Bandaids are such a great thing I spent an hour artfully arranging them up my leg. I was loving the red and blue finger jello in the shape of stars which made my mom think, "Hmm...maybe all our food needs to be cut into the shape of stars...." We clapped for the fireworks and I shouted, "Encore! Encore!" Happy Independence Day!

Weekend at Gramma's

I spent the weekend at Gramma's and my dayplanner was full. Among other things, I did the following:

1. Read books on the couch wearing rubber rain boots.

2. Kayaked with Poppy.

3. Fed the ducks.

4. Threw rocks til the cows came home (left-handed, by the way.)

5. Snuggled in Gramma's bed and watched a movie.

A Bed Fit for a Princess

Poppy made a new bed for me, which I call the "Princess Bed." It was actually my Aunt Kathi's when she was a little girl. Isn't Poppy talented?

Water, Water Everywhere

I've been mischievous lately, which makes Mommy say, "Arg!" Just today I threw a cup of this water through the screen into the kitchen and soaked the rug.

Yay, Summer!

I've been a water baby this past week between the lake and the backyard. My alligator pool is a nice spot to lounge.
