Day at the Fair

We spent a perfect day at the fair yesterday!  I rode the rides (my new fave is the ferris wheel!), had my face painted, rode a pony named "Dandy," ate my fill of popcorn, and held a baby pig.   We read Charlotte's Web this summer, and it was just like we imagined Charlotte and Wilber's fair in the book!

Nana Montana Comes to Visit!

I had a Princess Camp a few weeks ago and learned how to drink tea.  Delicious!

Meanwhile, my mom and dad went to Hawaii and Nana Montana came to stay with me.  Here we are drinking tea out of cups handed down by Great-Gramma Jean and Great-Gramma Marcella:

And here are my parents, who left me at home, vacationing in Maui with aunts and uncles sans kids:

While they were gone, Nana and I went out to Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands with Gramma and Poppy.

I tripped on the ferry dock while trying to run away from a bee!  

This souvenir coconut made me forget ALLLLLLL about my knee.

Another tooth bites the dust!

My 4th tooth came out at Gramma's house the other day.   Another $3 from the Tooth Fairy in my purse!  Mommy says I'm starting to look like a pumpkin. 

4th of July at the lake

We spent the 4th of July out at the lake.  I started the day on the jet ski with my cousin.

Our friends came out to swim, kayak, and play in the water with us.

I LOVE the kayak!  I'm getting really good at maneuvering and manning my own boat!

Alice in Wonderland - Dance Recital 2013

This year I took both ballet and tap lessons.   For the "Alice in Wonderland" themed recital, I was a violet for my ballet dance and a hedgehog for my tap dance.   Here I am as a violet:

After intermission, I performed my tap dance as a hedgehog.   I love tapping!

Gramma and Poppy brought roses for Ellie and me.
